Precautions for optical cable and cable laying include
🔗 The traction force meets the design requirements
The traction force when laying optical cables should meet the design requirements and should not exceed 2000kN in general. The traction force during cable laying should be less than 80% of the allowable pulling force of the cable.
👨‍🔧 Using lubricants
When laying pipeline optical cables and cables, wax oil, talcum powder, etc. should be used as lubricants, and the use of organic fats is strictly prohibited.
🌀 Curvature radius requirement
The curvature radius of the optical cable must be greater than 20 times the diameter of the cable, and the curvature radius of the cable must be greater than 15 times the diameter of the cable.
👷‍♂️ Manual traction length
When manually pulling optical cables, relay traction should be carried out in sections underground, and the length of each traction should generally not exceed 1000m.
🔠 Fiber optic cable laid in the shape of "B"
When laying optical cables around the "B" shape, their inner diameter should not be less than 2m.

The traction end of the optical cable is made on site according to the actual situation, and a rotating ring is added between the traction end and the traction cable to prevent twisting and damage to the optical cable during the traction process.

According to the requirements, block the optical cable and cable conduit holes. The optical cable and cable ends should be sealed and moisture-proof, and should not be submerged in water.
