The specific wiring configuration is as follows:
The WAN port of the router is connected to the LAN port of HG8310M through a network cable.
Connect the computer network port to the LAN port of the router using another Ethernet cable (usually there are four or three LANIs, LAN2, LAN3... choose any one).
Take a look at the router manual or back label, find the router management address, management account, and password (tplink, fast is usually 192.168.1.1, account admin, password admin, Leike's is usually 192.168.1.1, default account guest password guest, Tengda's is usually 192.168.0.1, default account admin password admin). PS: New routers usually cancel the default account, and you only need to set the management password once when logging in for the first time.
Then set your computer to the same network segment as the router management address (if the management address is 192.168.1.1, you can set the computer to the following: ip192.168.1.100 subnet mask 255.255.255.0 default gateway 192.168.1.1DNS depending on the situation, 114.114.114.114 is also possible. It is recommended to automatically obtain the IP and DNS, and after setting the automatic acquisition, check the support in the network properties for detailed information. If you obtain an IP address that is the same as the router management address, it will be fine). Method for setting IP: XP, find TCP/IPv4.. Win7 in the local connection properties and open the Network Sharing Center. On the left side, there is a option to change adapter settings. Right click on the local connection properties and also find TCP/IPv4 to change it.
Log in to the router using the information found in step three.
In the WAN port settings of the router, select PPO and fill in your internet account and password. It is the one that was given to you by Mobile, not the router's management account and password. This should be noted. (The username is usually the phone number, and the password is usually the last 6 digits of the phone number, whichever is given to you by Mobile)
